4. Booking and Acceptance

Titan Roofing reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking where operational, safety, legal, scheduling, material availability, or other legitimate circumstances prevent us from providing the requested service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the property and requested roofing services.

  • Property address and access instructions

  • Contact information

  • Known roof damage or existing issues

  • Relevant property plans or documentation

  • Access to the work area

  • Information about existing roofing materials or previous repairs

  • Any known hazards or special site requirements

Customers must notify Titan Roofing of any known conditions that may affect the safety, scope, or completion of the work.

6. Roofing Materials and Workmanship

Titan Roofing will perform agreed services using the materials and methods specified in the applicable quotation or service agreement, subject to availability and any agreed changes.

Customers are responsible for selecting or approving materials and finishes where required.

Existing roof conditions, concealed damage, structural issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the scope, cost, or schedule of the project. Where reasonably possible, Titan Roofing will notify the customer of these conditions and discuss any necessary additional work before proceeding.

7. Safety and Site Conditions

Titan Roofing may refuse or suspend work where conditions are unsafe, access is inadequate, severe weather creates unacceptable risks, or legal and safety requirements cannot be met.

Customers must provide reasonable access to the property and work area and notify Titan Roofing of known hazards, including fragile roofing materials, electrical hazards, structural concerns, or restricted access areas.

8. Project Scheduling and Completion

Project start and completion dates are estimates unless Titan Roofing has expressly agreed to guaranteed dates in writing.

Delays may occur because of weather, material shortages, supplier issues, permit requirements, inspections, concealed damage, site conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Titan Roofing will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant scheduling changes to the customer.

9. Property Access and Protection

Customers must ensure that reasonable access is available to the property and work areas at the agreed times.

Customers should move or protect vehicles, outdoor furniture, decorations, and other personal property near the work area before work begins.

Titan Roofing will take reasonable precautions to protect the property while performing the agreed services. However, roofing work may involve noise, dust, vibration, debris, and temporary disruption.

10. Cancellations and Changes

Customers should provide as much notice as reasonably possible when cancelling or changing an appointment or project.

Cancellation fees or other charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation, materials ordered, work already completed, and resources committed by Titan Roofing, subject to applicable law and the terms of the service agreement.

Changes to the agreed project scope may affect pricing and scheduling. Any applicable change-order requirements will be communicated to the customer.

11. Payment

Payment terms will be specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, booking confirmation, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due according to the payment terms stated on the invoice or contract.

The customer is responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and other charges associated with the services, as permitted by law.

12. Workmanship, Damage, and Claims

Customers should notify Titan Roofing promptly of any concerns regarding the work performed or any apparent damage associated with the project.

Claims must be submitted in accordance with applicable law and any specific terms contained in the applicable service agreement or warranty documentation.

Titan Roofing will review reported concerns and address its obligations in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13. Warranties

Any workmanship warranty provided by Titan Roofing will be described in the applicable quotation, service agreement, or warranty documentation.

Manufacturer warranties for roofing materials may be provided separately and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Unless expressly stated in writing, no additional warranty is created by these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this section limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Existing Conditions and Maintenance

The condition of an existing roof or structure may affect the results and expected lifespan of roofing work.

Titan Roofing is not responsible for pre-existing defects, concealed structural problems, or damage unrelated to its work, except to the extent responsibility is imposed by applicable law or expressly accepted in writing.

Customers are responsible for reasonable ongoing property maintenance, including addressing issues that arise after completion and following any care instructions provided.

15. Permits and Compliance With Laws
